Dr. Satya Mitra is a prominent Indian-American philanthropist here in Worcester, he is well known across the City and Region for his charitable works and generous contributions. Dr. Mitra even has a 501(c)(3) certified humanitarian organization called Joy Guru Humanitarian Services that he has used to help folks from Worcester to India for many, many years.

Now, with the raging COVID pandemic sickening 400,000 Indians a day and killing over 4,000, he decided to raise money for desperately needed oxygen that he plans to send to India to save lives in their time of need.
