Fred Taylor, President Worcester Chapter NAACP, spoke with us after the release of the Tyre Nichols video. Five Memphis police officers have been charged with Nichols murder. Taylor said a civilian review board with subpoena power is needed and he favors getting rid of qualified immunity. He said enough about the excuses over body cameras.
