UPDATE – Dr. William Hubbard’s Ukraine Rescue of Daughter and Grandson

Dr. William Hubbard of Fitchburg travelled to the Ukraine to rescue his daughter and grandson.  After a harrowing journey (see Radio Worcester’s previous story) the family is safe. 

Hank caught up with Dr. Hubbard who is back in Fitchburg and found that the U.S. Government remains less than helpful and that the daughter’s Ukrainian boyfriend, who helped lead them over the mountainous terrain to safety, is now a man without a country.
