Lisa Malo- Worcester Arts Council – The council recently received an additional 550k in federal funding for the Arts and will be running two grant cycles rather than one to ensure they get the money in the hands of all the amazing creative citizens in our community. If we do not grant this money out by the end of next year it will go back to the federal funding sources which would be a shame particularly given how hard creative fields were hit during the pandemic.

General Manager Worcester Bravehearts– Dave Peterson

Hank talks with Peterman about how the team has found inspiration from the Savannah Bananas, a team described as the Harlem Globetrotters of the minor leagues.

Dave tells us about the upcoming Worcester Chamber/Bravehearts Craft Brew Night on August 14th.   Upcoming Bravehearts game on NESN and all the cool things they have planned for the second half of their season.
